We stand behind the quality of Facebook Video Downloader. If the Extension doesn't work as described and we're unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund - no questions asked.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Lifetime) are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 7 days, contact us and we will process a full refund.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

• The Extension does not function as described and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
• You were charged incorrectly or were charged more than once for the same plan.
• A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the purchased features.
• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial purchase date.
• Renewals of recurring subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) - please cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
• Cases where the Extension was working correctly but you simply changed your mind after the 7-day window.
• Dissatisfaction due to changes in Facebook's platform that are outside our control (e.g., Facebook blocking download functionality).

5. Cancellation of Recurring Plans

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by visiting the pricing page and clicking "Cancel Subscription." Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
• You retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period (unless within the 7-day guarantee window).

6. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable as it provides permanent access with no recurring charges.

• Your email address used for the purchase.
• The date of purchase.
• A brief description of the issue you experienced.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have not received a response to your refund request within 7 business days, you may contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
